sat...
sat is a gd day to spend time outside, considering we r nt working on sun + itx a wkend. but goin town area these few dayx jus meanx ur torturing urself with all the xmas shopping crowd. sometimex i really wonder y r there so many ppl out there doin xmas shopping..
xmas gift xchange is nt 4 me cox i nv get anytink i wan in return, + u have to buy a gift 4 an unknown person (since u dunno hu will receive ur prezzie) wich is, in my point of view, rather stupid. i dun mind receiving prezzie tot=P
but since i was in orchard 4 jpnese lesson, decided to jus walk ard. with an empty wallet + a big crowd, it makex me feel rather zzz. no point shopping.. so went to look 4 frenx working there.
gt ppl say can meet me ard 2+. n the funny thing was when i msg him, he replied "u in orchard nw ar?" dun u feel like jus cutting these kinda ppl into pics? LOL.
dinner was @ pasta waraku @ heeren
bought pizza set @ $16.80
jpnese pizza is owayx thin crisp, like biscuit liddat.. or watever u call tt indian food. well, i dunno wat is a well-done jpnese pizza since itx the 1st time im trying it. the crisp is crispy + thin, topped with tomato + ham. pretty alright, tot nt "wow".
the corn soup is good. very thick in favor, creamy. nt those watery kind. salad was ?? i rather they place it with mayo than sesame oil? itx kinda salty, but still ate it, vege is gd.. in all wayx..
im starting to get pretty bored with pasta in cream sauce. they r too common. itx weird hw u dun get bored with pasta in tomato sauce which is more common, i tink humanx jus cant take in alot of milky/ creamy stuffx. i like basil sauce tot, itx more rare + nt too thick to take in.
i nv try their drinkx.. sometimes, u look @ ur menu n decide. im getting a pasta with cream base, if i get a drink, which r usually milky, i might nt b able to truely enjoy it.
i cant judge if waraku is gd or nt since i had only been there 1s. i dun mind dropping by to try other stuffx if im ard but i wouldnt go all the way there 4 food. unlike Din Tai Fung, in my point of view which is really gd. can try their pork rib or beef noodle, the noodle is gd, springy, the meat is gd, meat is tender, easy on ur teeth. n the pork rib has no rib, sound funny -.-|||.. so itx kinda hazard-free. the service is gd (considering spore standard), with waitress occasionally topping up ur tea, clearing ur plates n so. sometimex i wonder y restaurants charge 10% service charge when nt much service r provided. spore restaurants shld adjust their service standard so as to match up with their charges.
anyway, waraku has membership (costs $40). if u like to frequent there, y nt jus get it? since they will gv u $50 voucher, u wouldnt loss up in all wayx..
ltr.. went down to amk hub.. haix.. i c amk hub almost everyday, someday i can close my eyex n walk ard. ppl wanna get nice planner 4 xmas prezzie. amk has 1 shop which sells nice korea imported plannerx, notebk, umbrella.. watever tt hock galx wallet. korea plannerx r in my view, better than jpn planner, n cheaper. but i wouldnt spend $ on tt, cox i'll either (1) nv use it or (2) damage it.. LOL. sometimex itx dangerous shopping ard, cox u might get stuffx tt u will nv use.. i was tidying my hus earlier this wk, noticed i have alot of new stuffx, untouched, lying in 1 corner emo-ing.

wikibolt had a rather interesting start. but as it drag on longer + u kinda noe wat the story is bout, u can guess where it will lead to. so itx bout the story of ths dog named "bolt" which is actually an idol? for 1 of the tv dramax. but e director, wanting it to protray the best acting, keep it in an enclosed area making bolt believing tt it has supernatural power. until 1 day... *no spolier* itx a happy ending in the end as u would expect of anime frm dreamworks or disney. since their main target audience r kids. nt wow since u can guess the plot, like mox anime, but nt bad. interesting thing bout dreamwork or disney is tt they can use alot of different stories to protray the same msg.
