ahh.. thanksgiving is finally over.. no more meetin liao. LOL. but i really enjoy e process.. remind me of poly life when i have to plan some events.. tt was a few yrs ago.. e games were fun, but very stress 4 the person acting. e food were nice^^

sun after service went to warren country club 4 lunch. i was nt hungry so decided to eat something light. ordered club sandwich ($6 inclusive gst). n when the serving came~ o_0.. the serving is pretty large. e quality was alright, considering the price, i tink itx worth it. can go again next time but it will b more accessible 4 ppl driving or living in cck.

last season'x dramax..
last season's drama had all ended but none really "wow-ed" me.
i love bloody monday with their virus n all the killing =P n with a shock, wat? tt gal is K? i was expecting an out-of-the-world ending.. but it turns up.. kinda bad. the story is gd in my view, jus the ending tt didnt really please me.. ths is the kind of drama tt upset me most cox it has been all gd.. till the last part.
innocent love has been a rather emo story 4 me since e start. i dun like relationship kinda story. it jus bore me..
celeb to binbo taro is predictable. i noe hw the storyx gonna go without chasing the eps. kinda usual plot. i watch it only 4 all the clothings aya wore><
ryusei no kizuna carryx a light-hearted mood till the last few eps. ending was kinda out-of-the-box.. ending was gd.. but i would prefer if they had carry the story with a darker mood rather than a random mood since the beginning. sometimes i find some of the plot unnecessary, to me, some of the plot r there jus to fill up the 11eps.
giragira was surprisingly better than mox of the drama i anticipated ths season. i like it when they jus end the story regardless of the eps when therex no more gd plot. yes, story is kinda predictable but they didnt rush up ending or drag the story. which im happy bout^^ oya, cox therex cute guyx to look @ ^^
scrap teacher was kinda LOL. i mean hw can 3 sec sch students noe so much + b able to do so much. they can even b a pliot o_O. story predictable.
in my view, i tink e better dramax ths season r giragira + bloody monday. kinda disappointed with those dramax with big cast. nt tt they didnt act well.. jus tt the story didnt appeal to me...
xmas eve gt 1/2 day. 1230 knock off liao. but no plan. decided to stay @ hm n take a rest. hasnt been hm this few wks.

everytime when frenx say wanna meet.. my que will b where u all wanna meet? i find it so usual 4 every1 to say "town". personally i dun like to go town unless i wan do some shopping. watx the point of goin town to squeeze with ppl when all u wan is to eat? gd food arent usually found in town anyway. so i suggested a quiet but close to town n my hm place^^, novena.
used to b @ novena alot during sec dayx.. since my sch was there when bishan site was under PRIME. last time therex only novena square. united square was under renovation when we were there @ e beginning. but nw therex square 2 + extention 4 novena square.
itx owayx nt advisable to head down town 4 dinner unless u happen to b there. cox therex owayx this thing call "q". so novena is a gd place 4 any1 hu like it quiet^^ therex actually quite alot of place to dine in @ novena. we choose the jpnese curry restaurant @ velocity. the sofa seats look comfortable^^ + the ambience lookx gd.
the comfortable sofa seats. therex only 3 4seaters n 1 2seaters sofa seats.. so if u wanna enjoy nd go down earlier 4 dinner.

well, the food isnt "wow" but itx considered nt bad. the miso soup isnt the usual too salty type, cater more 4 sporean. therex 2 types of curry, spicy or normal. although i love spicy food, decided to get normal instead cox i wasnt suppose to eat fried + spicy food in the 1st place =P i tink they used jpnese rice? those tt r slightly sticky. the beef is gd.. i tink therex quite alot of rubbish beef meat ard nowadayx, rubber beef.. so my expectation 4 beef is jus "alright will do". but i still love the beef frm Din Tai Fung^^ i tot tt the curry can b served hot (as in temperature), it will definitely taste better.
the macha milkshake is pretty sweet 4 me. some1 have to remind me to stop ordering milkshake. i found out tt no matter where the milkshake is frm, it will all b 2 sweet 4 me. so pls remind me if u r out with me 4 a meal.
the food in my view, isnt as gd 4 the price tt we r paying. but since i did nt pay, letx jus 4gt bout it^^ we r paying a higher price 4 e curry rice mainly cox of the ambience. if u dun mind paying, it is a nice + quiet place to dine-in.

ALL U OTAKUX OUT THERE, WAT IS THIS? lol.. this is konata's fav food, coronet. it lookx normal, it tastex normal.. but otaku lovex to try wat their fav anime lovex.. so i gt myself ths eventhough i noe itx jus a normal bread with cream ttx shaped like a shit =X
next i bring u the~ hokkaido ice-cream!!~ ths is a punishment 4 sgt whox late. green tea with red bean ice-cream.. nice^^ i love to try jpnese flavors frm them. i mean y would u wanna get the usual chocolate or strawberry frm hokkaido ice-cream, right? next time im gonna try banana choco. who wanna b late^^?
sat is a gd day to spend time outside, considering we r nt working on sun + itx a wkend. but goin town area these few dayx jus meanx ur torturing urself with all the xmas shopping crowd. sometimex i really wonder y r there so many ppl out there doin xmas shopping..
xmas gift xchange is nt 4 me cox i nv get anytink i wan in return, + u have to buy a gift 4 an unknown person (since u dunno hu will receive ur prezzie) wich is, in my point of view, rather stupid. i dun mind receiving prezzie tot=P
but since i was in orchard 4 jpnese lesson, decided to jus walk ard. with an empty wallet + a big crowd, it makex me feel rather zzz. no point shopping.. so went to look 4 frenx working there.
gt ppl say can meet me ard 2+. n the funny thing was when i msg him, he replied "u in orchard nw ar?" dun u feel like jus cutting these kinda ppl into pics? LOL.
dinner was @ pasta waraku @ heeren bought pizza set @ $16.80
jpnese pizza is owayx thin crisp, like biscuit liddat.. or watever u call tt indian food. well, i dunno wat is a well-done jpnese pizza since itx the 1st time im trying it. the crisp is crispy + thin, topped with tomato + ham. pretty alright, tot nt "wow".
the corn soup is good. very thick in favor, creamy. nt those watery kind. salad was ?? i rather they place it with mayo than sesame oil? itx kinda salty, but still ate it, vege is gd.. in all wayx..
im starting to get pretty bored with pasta in cream sauce. they r too common. itx weird hw u dun get bored with pasta in tomato sauce which is more common, i tink humanx jus cant take in alot of milky/ creamy stuffx. i like basil sauce tot, itx more rare + nt too thick to take in.
i nv try their drinkx.. sometimes, u look @ ur menu n decide. im getting a pasta with cream base, if i get a drink, which r usually milky, i might nt b able to truely enjoy it.
i cant judge if waraku is gd or nt since i had only been there 1s. i dun mind dropping by to try other stuffx if im ard but i wouldnt go all the way there 4 food. unlike Din Tai Fung, in my point of view which is really gd. can try their pork rib or beef noodle, the noodle is gd, springy, the meat is gd, meat is tender, easy on ur teeth. n the pork rib has no rib, sound funny -.-|||.. so itx kinda hazard-free. the service is gd (considering spore standard), with waitress occasionally topping up ur tea, clearing ur plates n so. sometimex i wonder y restaurants charge 10% service charge when nt much service r provided. spore restaurants shld adjust their service standard so as to match up with their charges.
anyway, waraku has membership (costs $40). if u like to frequent there, y nt jus get it? since they will gv u $50 voucher, u wouldnt loss up in all wayx..
ltr.. went down to amk hub.. haix.. i c amk hub almost everyday, someday i can close my eyex n walk ard. ppl wanna get nice planner 4 xmas prezzie. amk has 1 shop which sells nice korea imported plannerx, notebk, umbrella.. watever tt hock galx wallet. korea plannerx r in my view, better than jpn planner, n cheaper. but i wouldnt spend $ on tt, cox i'll either (1) nv use it or (2) damage it.. LOL. sometimex itx dangerous shopping ard, cox u might get stuffx tt u will nv use.. i was tidying my hus earlier this wk, noticed i have alot of new stuffx, untouched, lying in 1 corner emo-ing.
went 4 bolt ltr. pic frm wiki bolt had a rather interesting start. but as it drag on longer + u kinda noe wat the story is bout, u can guess where it will lead to. so itx bout the story of ths dog named "bolt" which is actually an idol? for 1 of the tv dramax. but e director, wanting it to protray the best acting, keep it in an enclosed area making bolt believing tt it has supernatural power. until 1 day... *no spolier* itx a happy ending in the end as u would expect of anime frm dreamworks or disney. since their main target audience r kids. nt wow since u can guess the plot, like mox anime, but nt bad. interesting thing bout dreamwork or disney is tt they can use alot of different stories to protray the same msg.

2008 has been gd 4 me.. itx been a long time since i last travel out of spore. + i had nv travel to anywhere other than msia. ths yr, i had the chance to go to my dreamland, jpn.. to breathe in the otaku oxygen, LOL. nt only did i went jpn in march, i had somemore $ 4 genting in sept, which is so amazing^^ + ths yr, discovered alot of hidden rich ppl ard me, managed to get alot of free meals^^ i tink i had grown spiritually too.. i used to take in food, but nw i can gv out food to some ppl^^ i managed to watch e mox no. of drama + anime ths yr too.. LOL, is this ever sometink gd to tink of?? this yr i had more free time too, considering i m no longer working + schooling @ e same time. therefore i had more time to spend with frenx, which i really enjoy^^
left 10+days to new yr, gonna have some new target 4 the new yr!!! letx wait 4 goalcard to b here + i'll review my goalcard here. so frenx, mux remind me to do wat i will b listing out!

lovely wk^^
every 1st wk of the mth is pay day wk, therefore im owayx happy^^
well, thur asked rachel join me 4 lunch, ths wk meet her very often.. + itx owayx amazing. when i nv go out 4 lunch nobody find me. when i go out 4 lunch then gt ppl find me.. haix, in the end rush back. but luckily after work still can pull her go shopping 4 awhile. went 4 international buffet @ carlton hotel aftertt, ex-coll. treat. tot it wasnt really worth it since i dun eat much + the food wasnt great.. but since itx on otherx. no complaints.. the cheesecake + soup were nice. otherx r normal. they carry some chinese dishes + rice, cakes, dessert, soup, pasta, sushi, sashimi, bread, salad, steak, seafood, choco fountain. quite a limited range, jus wat u will expect frm a hotel.
sat was e start of jpnese lesson. 1st lesson very easy, all learn b4 1.. had dinner @ nydc.. i blog ths to remind myself nv to go nydc again. the food + drink were -.-||| in all ways + xmas season dun go orchard.. CROWDED!!
sun after church go shopping again. ths is wat happenx during the 1st wk of the mth + when following day is a public holiday! bugis is owayx a gd place to shop 4 cheap stuffx if u dun mind the crowd. anyway, main aim was to get anime stuffx + clothings. bought my shana!! n the yummy j.co donut^^
everytime when u by-pass b1 bugis junction, u will smell this yummy donut taste. i really like the donut here, prob the best i had tried so far. tiramisu, choco banana, why nut n watever was the other 1. yummy^^ i had the tiramisu^^
sat went to watch sky crawler, since gt bday voucher. i heard very gd feedback frm otakux bout ths movie. well, im really impressed by the visual/realistic graphicx 4 the planes n so. the detailed texture makes u wonder hw they did it.. the sound effect is great too. different in sound volume due to distance, noise tt shld b present while in the air, all the minor stuffx r taken care of with realism.
e only complain i have is the story plot. itx too deep 4 me to understand. i dun get wat they r trying to show. so itx jus a story bout ths grp of ppl who nv grow old + life to them is jus a cycle? + they dun actually die, they r jus re-created into another person after they "die"? i jus dun get it!
overall, i'll say ths movie is worth a try. nt worth ur wkend movie price but alright 4 wkday price 4 the wonderful sound + visual effects.
letx b awe @ the awesome setting in western country too^^ r all european countries tt peaceful or do u only c such peace in countryside area? i wanna go some peaceful european country soon\^.^/
ya, mux thank yl 4 free dinner. when u thank u can get more free meals^^ im craving 4 the chocolate banana cake!!~
