dim sum @ royal china
royal china is @ raffles hotel. saw a blog review on it n tot it lookx gd, so went to try
+ my bday coming so can ask ppl treat.. (ya, i saw tt person bird me in his blog)

baked barbecued pork puff
ok, the puff is e best among all. the pastry is very crispy n the char siew is juicy^^
steamed seafood roll with minced garlic
staff recommanded it. but itx really normal. prawn/ veggie wrapped with spaghetti, hw special can it get?
Glutinous rice in lotus leaf
ok, ths glutinous rice is considered rather gd. soft with fragrant.
Royal China Cheong fun
we ordered this cox therex 3 flavours, char siew, prawn n scallop. prawn n scallop were great^^ very fresh n crispy. but char siew was normal. how special can char siew get?
Steamed prawn dumpling
OMG! the prawn is heavenly taste. crispy prawn ttx so fresh u wanna eat more.
Steamed pork dumpling
ok, usual cheap pork dumpling u cant c prawn n mushroom. they r nowhere to be found. but the pork dumpling here u can c them, n taste them. not "WOW" but better than mox ard.
xiao long bao
juicy xiao long bao. but 4 mine, the soup was gone once i picked it up. so itx rather so-so 4 me.
Steamed BBQ pork buns
some place do sell really gd BBQ pork buns. with juicy pork filling + hot white bun. this wasn't there yet. kinda sad.
mango sago with pamelo
i told yanlong this would had been much better if pamelo wasnt added. mango with sago taste gd, but with pamelo, it adds a bitter taste to it, due to the nature of pamelo. quite a sad case. sometimes, it doesn't mean the more u add the better it will b..
anyway overall, itx still considered gd 4 another visit 4 the baked barbecued pork puff + prawns^^ however, dun ask me hw much all these cost. nt i pay.
